Helping Faith Take Root
At Holy Cross School, faith is part of everything we do. From the first songs in preschool to deeper questions in middle school, students learn that they’re loved by God and called to love others.
We help faith grow through daily rhythms, strong relationships, and a grace-filled environment shaped by God’s Word.
What Faith Life Looks Like at Holy Cross
Preschool
Children hear Bible stories, sing songs, and pray during daily “Jesus Time.” Every other week, they join together for preschool chapel.
Kindergarten–5th Grade
Students learn from a Christian curriculum. They pray and do devotions each day, have family verses that are key to discipling others, and gather weekly for Chapel. Once a month, they join older students in mixed-age “Faith Families” to learn and grow together.
Middle School
Students continue daily devotions and attend weekly Chapel, with messages designed just for grades 6–8. They take a religion class and help lead chapel, serve as mentors in Faith Families, and explore how faith connects to real life.

Each morning, we remind one another, “We do not know all things, and we cannot do all things…yet. But, with the help of God, we can learn and grow.” This faith gives students hope and strength to reach their goals and become the kind, courageous learners God created them to be. What a blessing it is to live and grow in faith every day at our school.
