Steps to Apply

Let us know you’re interested in Holy Cross School, and we’ll send you additional information. You can also tour the school to get a feel for our school community
2. Explore Program Options
We offer preschool through 8th grade. Placement is based on your child’s age as of September 1, as well as developmental readiness.
3. Apply
Applications open in mid-January each year for the upcoming fall. The 2026-27 school year application process will open in the afternoon of January 20, 2026. Enrollment is first offered to returning families, followed by new applicants.
4. Waiting Pool (if needed)
Some classes fill up quickly. If your preferred class is full, your child will be placed in the waiting pool. We contact families if space becomes available.
Eligibility Guidelines
We follow Indiana age requirements: for example, a child must turn 5 by September 1 to enroll in kindergarten.
We do not allow early entry for preschool–1st grade.
Children may be older than the standard age for a grade if families and teachers agree it’s developmentally appropriate.
