I handle

I handle teaching our Preschool 2’s class three days a week, welcoming many children to their very first school experience. My goal is to help them discover a love for learning, Jesus, and making new friends in a safe and nurturing environment.

Why I love teaching

I strive to make every child feel seen, valued, and appreciated. I want each child to know they belong and are an important part of our classroom family. Watching children smile, sing, explore, and learn brings me so much joy!

Experience

I have been a preschool educator for more than 30 years, working with children of all ages. I also served as a preschool center director for five years and hold a Child Development Associate CDA credential.

Where do you see God’s handprints in your job here?

I see God’s hand at work every day through play, nature, and watching children grow in their understanding of Him and His love for all . I feel truly blessed to share God’s love while helping little hearts learn, grow, and shine.

What’s a gift or secret talent you have?

I love getting messy with crafts, tie-dye projects, baking, growing wildflowers and sunflowers.
